With some hard standings we offer the opportunity to locate close to Southend on Sea, a holiday town with its beaches and holiday fun. We back onto a golf course, so a game is close by.

We are on a network of footpaths with in half a mile of a sea wall walk along the River Roach
Southend has a large shopping area with out of town superstores close by. Rochford with its market square and Tuesday market is a more leisurely shop.
Many pubs and restaurants in the area provide diverse opportunity to dine out .
BBQ's are welcome but only raised ones. No open fires on the ground are allowed.
No extra charge for dogs, children under 10yrs old or awnings. We ask that only breathable ground sheets are used.
On arrival find a vacant pitch.
Payment in an envelope with your name dates can be made at Shopland Hall house opposite the caravan site in the drop box in the porch.
